This weekend is a low-price opportunity to go into deep personal healing and growth.

This time will be tailored to you, your personality, and your experience.

Drawing from extensive experience in body-based personal growth as well as an unlimited source of creativity and inspiration, I will help you come into deep and personal contact with your Self.

Techniques include meditation, bodywork, visualization, dance and movement and more.

This weekend is conceived for those who have had significant personal growth experience. You should be comfortable holding your own space, speaking your yesses and no’s, and managing within your truth.
